One year to go!

Photography. Check!

We chose our wedding photographer: Brian Kinyon. His style if photojournalistic and we really like it. He seems like he'll be great to work with and will make the process really collaborative. We've also requested engagement pictures, so hopefully we'll get those done sometime in the next month, while the weather is still nice!

Next on the agenda: Deejays.

Venue set... now on to photographers!

Marriott

Well, we've officially contracted with the Marriott for our wedding reception! I think its going to be a great location and we're really happy that we made the decision to go with them instead of the Embassy. Plus, the Marriott has a little signifigance related to our relationship. Its the same place, even the same ballroom, where J and I spent our first New Years Eve. So, that's nice, too.

Photographers

We've moved on to photographers. I love photography, so this part has been really fun for me. Currently, these are the photographers/studios that we are considering:

We're in the process of setting consultation appointments and hopefully we'll get to meet with all of them over the next couple of weekends.
